Tracy was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 1988, and U.S. District Court, District of Arizona and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Education: University of Arizona (B.A. – Degrees in Economics & Political Science; and J.D.). Tracy is Certified English as a Second Language Instructor and is Certified Mediator/Arbitrator. Member: Maricopa County Bar Association, Board Member Community Legal Services, , States’ Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys, Arizona Forum for Improvement of Taxation; Arizona Thurgood Marshall Inn of Court; North Phoenix Bar Association, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), and Faculty Member at National Business Institute.

Frankie is admitted to the Arizona and Florida bars and is a retired member of the DC bar in Washington, DC. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Supreme Court of the United States, and the United States Tax Court. Education: B.S., Computer Science, University of Central Florida University College of Law in Orlando, Florida.
